IR-neaSCOPE

IR-neaSCOPE is designed for nanoscale analysis that only requires measurements of IR absorption. It detects laser-induced photothermal expansion in the sample using mechanical AFM-IR detection. Requiring no IR detector and interferometry, IR-neaSCOPE provides a cost-efficient solution most suitable for samples with large thermal expansion coefficients (e.g. polymers, biomaterials, etc.).

VIS-neaSCOPE

VIS-neaSCOPE+s is optimised for robust amplitude and phase-resolved vector field mapping in the visible spectral range. It utilises best-in-class s-SNOM technologies for near-field imaging and spectroscopy of plasmonic nanostructures and waveguide structures. VIS-neaSCOPE+s provides the most flexible beam-path configuration capable of polarisation resolved-measurements, side and bottom illumination synchronised with the sample motion.

THz-neaSCOPE

THz-neaSCOPE+s enables THz imaging and spectroscopy at the nanoscale. A fully integrated, turn-key configuration based on a compact THz-TDS system enables immediate investigations of conductivity phenomena in semiconducting nanostructures, 2D nanomaterials and novel complex material systems.

cryo-neaSCOPE

cryo-neaSCOPE+xs enables near-field optical nanoimaging and nanospectroscopy at extreme cryogenic temperatures. It features high-quality near-field measurements in an unmatched spectral range from visible to IR and even THz frequencies. The system thus provides access to a full range of relevant energy scales and allows studying physical phenomena at temperatures down and below 10 K.

Multiphoton Microscopy

Femto3D Atlas

The FEMTO3D Atlas offers an All-in-One two-photon system for research scientists working in neuroscience and many other life science fields: it incorporates traditional galvo and resonant scanner-based microscope imaging techniques and combines them with a 3D imaging feature thanks to the unique acousto-optic scanner.

Femto Smart

The FEMTOSmart series is comprised of fully customisable two-photon microscopes, which are primarily used in in-vivo studies in neuroscience and many other fields. Their special feature is the elevated body which can move in X, Y, and Z directions, providing ample room under the objective for the optimal positioning of your sample.

Raman Microscopy & Imaging

InVia Confocal Raman Microscope

The inVia microscope comprises a research-grade microscope coupled to a high-performance Raman spectrometer. It is simple to operate yet delivers outstanding performance – high signal throughput, combined with high spectral resolution and stability – giving reliable results, for even the most challenging measurements.

Virsa Raman Analyser

The Virsa fibre-optic-coupled Raman analyser allows you to take your spectroscopic analysis away from the confines of the laboratory, and into your sample’s environment. Using LiveTrack focus-tracking technology and Monitor software, the Virsa system can easily perform real-time analysis on samples which are moving (such as those on a production line), have irregular surface profiles, and which are undergoing phase changes.

inLux SEM Raman Interface

Renishaw’s inLux SEM Raman interface enables in-situ Raman spectroscopy from within the SEM. The innovative design enables Raman measurements to be performed while the sample is under the SEM beam. This allows simultaneous Raman, photoluminescence (PL) or cathodoluminescence (CL) measurements in combination with SEM imaging. The inLux interface is used without any need to move the sample, even when performing mapping measurements. Available with up to three fibre optic modules comprising two different Raman excitation wavelengths from 405 nm to 785 nm and an optional CL probe.
